Me and Todd walking in hammond indiana. we went through though very bad neighborhood. Columbia Center was a bad neighborhood. Now It's gonna get better because there building a retirement home in columbia center.. they are to get everybody out of columbia center. Alot of crime happens most happen is in columbia center because due to gangs, and drug dealers. Half of the columbia center housing is almost half way gone. some people still live there. they are going get everybody out of columbia center.
